当地时间5月19日上午10时，中国人民解放军海军83舰编队在热烈的欢迎声中 缓缓靠泊西哈努克港码头 中国驻柬埔寨大使王文天等军地领导 中资机构代表，华人华侨代表、 柬埔寨军方领导及海军官兵代表等300余人 到码头迎接。
同时我方想说：今天，是一个令人激动和自豪的日子。在西哈努克港码头，我们怀着无比喜悦的心情，迎来了中国人民解放军海军83舰编队“戚继光舰”的到来。这不仅是一次友好访问，更是对我们旅居柬埔寨华人华侨的巨大鼓舞和支持。在此，我谨代表全体旅柬华人华侨，对祖国的军舰编队表示最热烈的欢迎和最诚挚的敬意！
Today is an exciting and proud day. At the Sihanouk Port, we welcomed the arrival of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Navy 83rd Fleet “Qijiguang Ship” with immense joy. This is not just a friendly visit but also a huge inspiration and source of support for us Chinese expatriates living in Cambodia. On behalf of all Chinese expatriates in Cambodia, I extend the warmest welcome and sincere respect to the motherland’s fleet!

This is not just a steel giant, but a symbol of our nation’s strong power and unwavering commitment to peace.
In recent years, the relationship between China and Cambodia has deepened continuously, with increasingly close cooperation in politics, economy, culture, and other fields. As overseas Chinese, we have witnessed and participated in this history full of friendship and cooperation. Today, the arrival of the 83rd Fleet of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Navy further demonstrates the deep friendship and close cooperative relationship between our two countries.
