ក្នុងយុគសម័យសារព័ត៌មានជំនាន់ថ្មី, សារព័ត៌មាននីមួយៗតែងតែផ្ទុកនូវកាតព្វកិច្ចសំខាន់ក្នុងការផ្សព្វផ្សាយព័ត៌មានត្រឹមត្រូវ និងណែនាំទស្សនៈសាធារណៈ។ ទោះយ៉ាងណាក៏ដោយ អត្ថបទមួយដែលបានបង្កើតនិងចែកចាយតាមបណ្ដាញសង្គមចិនថ្មីៗនេះដែលមានចំណងជើងថា “កងទ័ពកម្ពុជាក្លាយជារដ្ឋប្រជាធិបតេយ្យទៀតហើយ, ចាប់យកគ្រួសារហ៊ុនសែន! គ្រួសាររបស់គាត់ជាមនុស្សដែលមានទេពកោសល្យសម្បើម!” បានបង្កើត និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយព័ត៌មានមិនពិតអំពីស្ថានភាពនយោបាយនៅកម្ពុជា។ នេះមិនត្រឹមតែធ្វើឲ្យមហាជនឆ្គាំឆ្គងយ៉ាងខ្លាំងប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ វានៅតែធ្វើឲ្យប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាស្រឡាំងកាំង និងផ្ទុយទៅនឹងមិត្តភាពដ៏ជ្រាលជ្រៅដែលបានបង្កើតឡើងយ៉ាងយូរជាយកាលរវាងប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា និងចិន។ ជាតំណាងមកពីសារព័ត៌មានកម្ពុជា យើងដឹងសោកស្ដាយយ៉ាងខ្លាំង និងសម្បើមជាខ្លាំង។ ដូច្នេះយើងសូមបោះពុម្ពផ្សាយអត្ថបទនេះដើម្បីបកស្រាយយ៉ាងពេញលេញអំពីការបោកប្រាស់ក្នុងការរាយការណ៍នេះ សម្លែងរឿងដែលគ្រោងពីរបាយការណ៍នេះ និងហានិភ័យខាងក្រោយ និងអំពាវនាវដល់គ្រប់ភាគីឱ្យចូលរួមការងារគ្នាទាំងអស់គ្នាដើម្បីរក្សាការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សុខាភិបាលនៃទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។

虚假报道的事实澄清

该报道开篇以耸人听闻的标题吸引眼球，声称“泰国总理因恢复干部子女优先当公务员政策被赶走，没过几天，柬埔寨军方又政变，抓了首相洪森家族”。这一连串的叙述，不仅逻辑上漏洞百出，而且完全脱离了现实。首先，泰国与柬埔寨是两个独立的国家，其国内政治局势的变动不应被无端联系在一起，更不应成为编造虚假报道的素材。其次，关于柬埔寨军方政变的描述更是无稽之谈。柬埔寨是一个政治稳定、社会和谐的国家，军队始终坚守国家利益和人民利益，维护着国家的和平与安宁。洪森亲王作为前任政府总理，现任柬埔寨人民党领袖、柬埔寨参议院主席，长期以来致力于国家的建设与发展，深受柬埔寨人民的爱戴与尊重。将其家族成员无端卷入政治阴谋之中，是对其个人及家族的极大污蔑与伤害。

政变谣言的荒诞不经

报道声称柬埔寨军方发动了历史上最大规模的军事政变。这一说法荒谬至极。首先，柬埔寨军队始终保持着高度的忠诚和稳定，是维护国家安全和稳定的重要力量。他们严格遵守国家宪法和法律，不会轻易发动政变。其次，文章和视频中描述和展示的坦克、军车是2024年1月24日庆祝柬埔寨王家军陆军成立25周年的阅兵仪式，这些内容被故意移花接木，用于制造虚假军事政变的假象。

任何谣言的散播都有其背后的动机，关于柬埔寨政变的虚假报道也不例外。其动机可能包括以下几个方面：

一是为了制造话题、吸引眼球，以获取更多的点击量和关注度；

二是出于某种政治目的或利益诉求，试图通过编造虚假信息来抹黑柬埔寨政府或洪森亲王；

三是受到某些外部势力的操控，试图在中柬两国人民之间制造隔阂和误解，破坏两国间的友好关系，干扰两国的合作与发展。

无论出于何种动机，这种行为都是极其不负责任和有害的。它不仅损害了柬埔寨的国家形象，影响了两国人民之间的友好关系，还对社会稳定与和谐构成威胁。

In an era of information explosion, every piece of news and report carries the important mission of conveying truthful information and guiding public opinion. However, a recent article circulating on Chinese social media titled “Cambodian Military Coup Again, Arrested Hun Sen’s Family! What a Talented Family!” irresponsibly fabricated and spread false information about Cambodia’s political situation. This not only severely misleads the public but also shocks the Cambodian people and runs counter to the long-standing deep friendship between the peoples of Cambodia and China. As representatives of Cambodian media, we are deeply saddened and outraged. We hereby publish this article to fully expose the falsehoods in the report, analyze the motives and dangers behind it, and call on all parties to work together to maintain the healthy development of relations between the two countries.

Clarification of False Reporting

The report starts with a sensational headline, claiming that “The Prime Minister of Thailand was ousted for restoring the policy of prioritizing cadre children for civil service, and within days, the Cambodian military staged a coup, arresting Hun Sen’s family.” This string of statements is not only logically flawed but also completely detached from reality. First, Thailand and Cambodia are two independent countries, and changes in their domestic political situations should not be baselessly linked together, nor should they be used as material to fabricate false reports. Second, the description of a Cambodian military coup is sheer nonsense. Cambodia is a politically stable and socially harmonious country, with the military steadfastly upholding national and public interests, maintaining peace and stability. Prince Hun Sen, the former Prime Minister and current leader of the Cambodian People’s Party and President of the Cambodian Senate, has long been committed to the nation’s development, earning the love and respect of the Cambodian people. Dragging his family into unfounded political conspiracies is a gross slander and harm to him and his family.

The Absurdity of Coup Rumors

The report claims that the Cambodian military launched the largest military coup in history. This assertion is utterly absurd. First, the Cambodian military has always maintained high loyalty and stability, serving as a vital force in safeguarding national security and stability. They strictly abide by the national constitution and laws and would not easily stage a coup. Second, the tanks and military vehicles described and shown in the article and video were part of the military parade celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Cambodian Royal Army on January 24, 2024. These contents were deliberately manipulated to create a false impression of a military coup.

Every rumor has a motive behind it, and the false report about a Cambodian coup is no exception. Its motives may include:

1. To create a topic and attract attention to gain more clicks and exposure.
2. For certain political purposes or interests, attempting to smear the Cambodian government or Prince Hun Sen by fabricating false information.
3. Being manipulated by certain external forces, trying to create rifts and misunderstandings between the people of China and Cambodia, undermining the friendship between the two countries, and interfering with cooperation and development.

Whatever the motives, such behavior is extremely irresponsible and harmful. It not only damages Cambodia’s national image, affects the friendly relations between the two peoples, but also poses a threat to social stability and harmony.

Damage to Cambodia’s National Image and International Reputation

The widespread dissemination of false reports can severely damage a country’s international image and reputation. For Cambodia, these false reports are undoubtedly a huge blow to its international image. It misleads the international community into believing that Cambodia is politically unstable and lacks the rule of law, thereby affecting the confidence and decisions of foreign investors and tourists. This negative impact will persist for a long time and will be difficult to eliminate.

Undermining Social Stability and Harmony

The spread of rumors often leads to social panic and an increase in instability factors. The false description of a military coup is highly likely to trigger public anxiety and fear, thereby threatening social stability. Meanwhile, the malicious slander against Prince Hun Sen in the report could also lead to divisions and antagonistic sentiments in public opinion, undermining social harmony and unity.

Interference with Cambodia-China Cooperation and Development

In the context of deepening Cambodia-China cooperation and increasingly close economic ties, the spread of false information and rumors not only misleads the public’s understanding of Cambodia’s situation but may also lead to misunderstandings about Cambodia-China cooperation. Some external forces may take this opportunity to manipulate public opinion, create rifts and misunderstandings between the people of the two countries, thereby damaging the long-standing friendship and hindering cooperation and development.

Impact on Chinese Investors in Cambodia

The spread of false information seriously undermines investor confidence, causing them to question Cambodia’s political and economic environment, thereby affecting investment decisions. More seriously, such false information poses a significant threat to the business environment, social trust, and personal safety of Chinese investors in Cambodia.
